G4S Hellas Holding S.A., a member of G4S Group, the world’s leading international security solutions group, is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Payroll Intern, who is ready to apply knowledge of payroll terms and perform various administrative tasks and support to our Payroll Department’s daily activities.

Location: Metamorfosis

The intern will report to the Payroll Supervisor and will assist with a wide range of duties, including entering payroll information to the ERP database and handling data with attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for any student pursuing a career in Payroll.

This paid internship is for a duration of approximately 3 to 6 months according to the Internship Program of each University.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll data entry using payroll software
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
• Update paper and electronic payroll records by entering adjustments on pay rates, employee status changes etc.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Prepare and submit Excel reports with payroll information to supervisor
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) or Google workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc)
• Proficient in English language
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn something new
• Potential candidates should have personal transportation due to lack of public transportation
